Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and contacting new clients. Then introducing them to the various products and services that TMTI offers.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the
ability to work with various software tools, including Linked-In and various Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound cold leads and inbound inquiries
  • Make direct approaches to decision-makers to build meaningful connections
  • Use tools such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking to develop a strong client pipeline
  • Use the company’s CRM systems effectively to manage and track clients
  • Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs and to ensure that the company’s products are up to date and relevant
  • Provide advice to the development team regarding improvements to the existing portfolio of products and services, as well as forthcoming developments
  • Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
  • Providing prospective clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of client accounts
  • Analyse, review and present key statistics to existing/potential customers and TMTI’s senior management team
  • Provide support during internal and client meetings
  • Assist with the project management of the setting up of new clients with internal teams
  • Support the wider TMTI sales and account management team
  • Proven ability to upsell additional products and services via relationship management
  • Investigation of problems/issues when they arise, subsequently identify and propose solutions
  • Assist with negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with clients
  • Ensure that ISO policies and processes are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally educated to Degree level (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar business sector, but this is not essential

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)

Must hold a valid UK driving license. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will be in the Corsley Heath office for a minimum
of 1-2 days per week.

37.5 hours per week
(Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Salary – £25,000 to £28,000 DOE , plus commission
