We’re proud to share that we have successfully passed our latest external ISO audit, maintaining our certifications in both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Even better, the audit resulted in a “clean bill of health,” with no non-compliances identified. This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the dedication of our TMTI team.
So, what does this really mean? And more importantly, why does it matter to our clients and partners?
First, what is ISO?
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is a global body made up of 169 member countries that develops voluntary standards for businesses worldwide. These standards are designed to make products, services and systems safer, more reliable and more efficient.
Organisations that meet these standards can become ISO certified, demonstrating their commitment to quality, security and continuous improvement. Certification isn’t a one-time event; businesses must undergo annual audits to ensure they continue to meet requirements and evolve their practices over time.
At its core, ISO’s mission is simple: to make life easier, safer and better for everyone, everywhere.
TMTI’s ISO journey
Over the past two years, TMTI has invested significant time and effort into building the structures, tools and methodologies required to achieve ISO certification. In January 2024, we successfully earned certification in two key standards: ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Maintaining these certifications requires ongoing commitment. Each year, we invite external auditors to thoroughly examine how we work. Our policies, procedures, documentation and records are carefully reviewed, and interviews are conducted across our management team to ensure our practices are not only documented but consistently followed.
This year’s ISO audit once again confirmed that our systems are strong, effective and continuously improving.

The standards we hold
TMTI is certified in two internationally recognised standards:
- ISO 9001 – Business Management System (BMS)
This standard focuses on how we organise and structure our operations. It ensures we work efficiently, consistently and transparently, while providing clear evidence of the quality of our processes.
- ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System (ISMS)
This standard demonstrates our commitment to protecting information and data. It validates that we have the right policies, procedures and controls in place to safeguard sensitive information and manage risk responsibly.
Both standards follow the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, which promotes continuous improvement. This is something we see as essential to delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Why maintaining ISO certification matters
ISO standards are not just about compliance: they actively help us work better as an organisation. For our clients, this means greater confidence, reliability and peace of mind.
Here’s how these standards strengthen our business and benefit those we work with:
Consistency and efficiency
Our Business Management System ensures our policies and procedures are applied consistently across the organisation. This leads to smoother operations, clearer accountability and more efficient delivery.
Stronger collaboration
With clear processes in place, teams work more cohesively, communication improves and projects run more smoothly. The result is better outcomes for our clients.
Data-driven decisions
Our systems give us valuable insights into performance and trends, helping us make informed decisions and continuously refine how we work.
Security and compliance
Maintaining ISO 27001 certification means we stay vigilant about data protection and regulatory compliance. Clients can trust that their information is handled securely and responsibly.
Team effort
Preparing for an external ISO audit is a year-round effort that requires focus, coordination and dedication from people across the organisation. From maintaining accurate documentation to reviewing processes and participating in interviews, many team members contribute to ensuring we meet – and exceed – ISO standards.
Receiving recertification with no non-compliances is a significant achievement and reflects the professionalism, discipline and care our team brings to their work every day.
Quality, security and accountability remain at the heart of everything we do at TMTI. We look forward to building on this success as we maintain our ISO standards into 2026 and beyond.
