Could you talk people through how to use their electronic devices?
TMTI is always on the look out for great people who can deliver quality technical support over the phone and via electronic formats to customers of high profile clients. Whilst a call centre background is desirable, so long as you can demonstrate the necessary skills we would still like to hear from you!
You must be able to be patient and adaptable to any given scenario on the phone. Great communicators with a lesser knowledge of devices will be considered.
Own transport desirable due to location, (Corsley Heath) and possible shifts.
