Could you talk people through how to use their product?

TMTI is always on the look out for great people who can deliver quality technical support over the phone and via electronic formats to customers of high profile clients.

The role primarily involves helping people either over the phone or via other electronic formats with their queries regarding electronic devices, white goods and furniture purchased from our clients. The range of products that we support is quite diverse ranging from televisions, microwaves, audio equipment, washing machines, furniture and much, much more.

The successful candidate will be/ have:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic and able to give superb levels of customer service
  • Keen to take ownership of the customers queries and work with them to find a resolution
  • Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and a logical approach to problem solving

Great communicators with a lesser knowledge of devices will be considered as full training will be provided.

These roles are shift based and will include some weekend work on a rotational basis. Our shift patterns operate between 8am and 7pm Monday – Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Training will take place in either the Corsley Heath or Trowbridge office, however there is the possibility to work from home once you have completed your training. TMTI have adopted a hybrid working approach which allows our employees to work from home as well as the office, utilising a hot desk booking system. However, you must still be able to commute to the office, if required. We believe that this will provide our employees with a better work life balance.
